Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a consultation or treatment with Regener8 Aesthetics. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

2. Bookings and Consultations
Consultation requirement
A consultation and skin assessment is required before any treatment is carried out. This allows us to assess your suitability, review your medical history and discuss your goals. Booking a consultation does not commit you to any treatment.
Consultation fee
Our consultation and skin assessment fee is £25. This fee is fully redeemable against any treatment booked and carried out within 30 days of the consultation date. The fee is non-refundable if you do not attend your consultation appointment without giving adequate notice (see Section 4).
Booking confirmation
All appointments are booked through the Faces Consent platform. Your appointment is confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation from Faces Consent and, where applicable, paid your deposit.
3. Deposits
A deposit of 25% of the total treatment cost is required to secure your treatment appointment. Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
Deposits are transferable to another appointment date provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, fail to attend your appointment, or if we determine at consultation that treatment is not suitable for you and a suitable alternative is not agreed.
We reserve the right to require full payment in advance for clients who have previously failed to attend without notice.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancelling or rescheduling by you
- More than 48 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. Any deposit paid will be transferred to your new appointment.
- Less than 48 hours before your appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
- Failure to attend (no-show): Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the next available appointment. Any deposit paid will be carried over to your new appointment or refunded in full if you prefer.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your treatment is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Course and programme savings
- A saving of 10% is available on courses of treatment when paid in full in advance.
- A saving of 15% is available on signature programmes when paid in full in advance.
Course and programme payments are non-refundable once treatment has commenced, except where required by consumer law. Unused sessions from a course may be transferred between clients or used for alternative treatments, subject to suitability and agreement with us in advance.
Payment methods
We accept payment via the methods available through the Faces Consent platform and in clinic. Payment is required in full before or on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Suitability and Contraindications
All treatments are subject to consultation and individual suitability assessment. We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment if we reasonably determine that it is not appropriate for you at that time, including on grounds of medical history, contraindications, pregnancy, or any other clinical reason.
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information, medications, allergies and previous aesthetic treatments to us before your consultation and before each treatment. Failure to do so may affect the safety or suitability of your treatment and may mean we are unable to proceed.
If a treatment cannot proceed due to an undisclosed contraindication that you were reasonably expected to know about, your deposit may be forfeited.
7. Treatment Outcomes
Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals and are influenced by a number of factors including skin type, age, lifestyle, medical history and adherence to aftercare advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
Before and after images on our website are authentic and are displayed with consent. They are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of result. Individual outcomes may vary.
Nothing on our website or provided during a consultation constitutes medical advice. If you have a medical condition, please consult your GP before seeking aesthetic treatment.
8. Aftercare
Aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes that arise from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
If you experience any unexpected symptoms or reactions following treatment, please contact us promptly. In the case of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
9. Complaints
We are committed to providing a high standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can address your concerns.
Please raise any complaint by emailing bookings@regener8aesthetics.com. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within 28 days where possible.
If you remain dissatisfied after we have attempted to resolve your complaint, you may be able to seek independent redress through your payment provider or relevant alternative dispute resolution body.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any appointment or treatment shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that appointment or treatment.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or profit, arising from your use of our services.
11. Photographs and Consent
We may ask for your consent to take photographs before and after treatment for clinical records. These images will be stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will only use photographs for marketing purposes (including on our website or social media) with your separate, explicit written consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information on your consumer rights, visit Citizens Advice or the government's consumer protection guidance.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. The most current version will always be published on this page.
